Built for practitioners who are done guessing
Certification is open to medical, mental health and paramedical professionals, Break Method graduates, and those serving in a ministry role. Around 90% of licensed practitioners come from the medical and mental health fields, and graduates of the program have shown equal capacity to change lives with this modality.
Break Method is used with individuals, couples, teens and family systems, in one-on-one and group settings. It is taught at a leading residential therapeutic boarding school for teen girls, integrated into the literature of Self-Injury Recovery Anonymous, and has been delivered inside the criminal justice system, veterans' support groups, and Fortune 100 and 500 companies.

After year one
Ongoing PredictiveMind® licensing is $199/month or $1,500/year, covering diagnostic tools, client reports, platform updates and practitioner support. Licensing begins at graduation.
Frequently asked questions
Who is this certification designed for?+
Therapists, mental health professionals, coaches, physicians, paramedical professionals, Break Method graduates and those in ministry who want to add predictive behavioral intelligence and sustainable rewiring to their work.
Is this certification accredited? Will I receive CEs?+
Yes. The program is approved for continuing education by the National Association of Social Workers. You receive 15 CEs for each live session, 30 CEs in total.
How long does it take, and what does the timeline look like?+
About six months. Early coursework is remote and self-paced and can begin at any time; lectures are pre-recorded and typically run 60 to 90 minutes, with roughly 12 weeks to complete the series. Graduation happens at one of the in-person sessions in Sandpoint, Idaho.
How much weekly work is required?+
Plan on 4 to 6 hours per week for video modules, home study and case-study review, with additional workbook exercises and at-home Break Method tools.
Do I have to attend the live graduation in person?+
Yes. The live graduation session is required to receive your certificate. You choose the date that works best for you, and if you need to move, your place is held in the next session so nothing is forfeited.
Will I be tested to graduate?+
During the live session you give a final presentation, complete analysis assignments and take the final assessment. A score of 90% or above is required for certification, and you can attempt the graduation requirement as many times as you need.
What does the course fee cover?+
Full access to all four modules of the Break Method online program, six 1:1 sessions to review your work, 120 hours of online learning, three days of live in-person instruction, practicum client review and feedback, 1:1 Zoom sessions as needed, and your first year of licensing.
Will I need to sign a license agreement?+
Yes. The license agreement is sent immediately for review. You can cancel at any time; once terminated you can no longer use the tools, sequence, marketing materials, name or likeness, or the online portal. Reactivating later carries a predetermined fee.
What are the ongoing licensing fees?+
Your first year on the PredictiveMind® platform is included in tuition. After that, licensing is $199/month or $1,500/year and begins at graduation.
What if I'm not very tech savvy?+
You get access to our administrator for tech support and questions, from site navigation to scheduling, and for help breaking through self-sabotage along the way.
Where do I fly in, and where should I stay?+
Fly into Spokane International Airport (GEG) and rent a car or book a Turo; the drive to Sandpoint is about 75 minutes. What is the refund policy?+
Tuition payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another party or service within the Break Method companies. Affirm payment plans are bound by your Affirm agreement, and all tuition paid through Affirm is also non-refundable.
