Practitioner Certification Training Requirements


I. Complete Break Method as a Student

Objective: Gain personal experience and understanding as a student by completing Modules 1-3 of the student program.

Tasks:

  • Complete Modules 1-2 of the Break Method Program before beginning the training section:  Brain Pattern Mapping Module 
  • Complete Module 3   
  • Complete 6 Behavior Strategy calls with Bizzie Gold as prompted throughout the course
  • If you previously graduated, you will complete the course independently and work to confirm your diagnostics, booking support calls with Bizzie as needed

II. Brain Pattern Mapping Module 

Objective: it's time to hone in on Brain Pattern Diagnostics. This module will lead you through how to utilize our signature online diagnostic tool, Brain Pattern Mapping, how to determine the Emotional Addiction Cycles and Timeline Processing using the Brain Pattern Mapping technology. 

Tasks:

  • Complete Sessions 1-15 and all associated Homework Assignments 
  • Check in with your dedicated Client Support Specialist and reach out with any questions 

 

III. Behavior Strategy Module 

Objective: it's time to hone in on your Behavior Strategy Skills. This module will lead you through how to utilize our signature strategy tools to help create a life changing 30 day rewire for your clients. 

Tasks:

  • Complete Sessions 1-5 and all associated Homework Assignments 
  • Watch the Client Case Studies and take notes to best prepare for your practice calls and practicum clients 
  • Check in with your dedicated Client Support Specialist and reach out with any questions 

IV. Final Assessment and Assignments Required for the upcoming in-person Graduation Session 

Final Presentation:

  • Duration: ~ 30 minutes.
  • During the 2nd session, you will present diagnostic findings, pattern assessment, and rewiring recommendations in the 3rd person on yourself. 
  • Final Presentation Guidelines and Format are detailed in this DOC
  • Complete a Final Strategy Doc for your Client using the Final Strategy Template **make a copy to edit and submit to admin@breakmethod.com prior to your presentation 

Movie + TV Show Analysis:

  • Analyze the Movie Gone Girl for pattern diagnostics of the following characters: Amy Dunne, Nicholas Dunne + Desi Collings. 
  • Analyze the Movie The Family Stone for pattern diagnostics of the following characters: Sybil Stone, Meredith Morton, Amy Stone, Everett Stone, Julie Morton, Ben Stone, Thad Stone + Kelly Stone. 

  • Analyze the Movie It Ends with Us for pattern diagnostics of the following characters: Lily, Ryle + Atlas  

  • Analyze a TV show- Suits (seasons 1 + 2) for pattern diagnostics of the following characters: Harvey Specter, Louis Litt, Donna Paulsen, Mike Ross + Jessica Pearson.
  • Be prepared to argue your position during the LIVE Graduation Session. Fill out the Character Evidence Doc for each assigned character in the movies + tv show and bring to Graduation. 

Final Exam:

  • Duration: ~ 1 hour.
  • Multiple-choice questions + 2 case studies on pattern diagnostics.
  • Exam will be given on Day 1 to allow for retesting if needed before graduation.

V.  Mock Exercises 

Mock Call Pairings Exercise:

  • Practice and record Call 2 + 3 with assigned practitioner student.
  • Submit recordings to sierra@breakmethod.com 

Personality Triangle Exercise:

  • Use the provided slides and Loom video located in Resources at the bottom of this page 
  • Submit findings to sierra@breakmethod.com for feedback 

VI. Attend the Live Graduation Session : August 13-15, 2025 or February 4-6, 2026 

Day 1: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Day 2: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Day 3: 9:00am - 1:30pm

 

VII. Practicum Client Sessions

Preparation for 2 Practicum Clients:

  • You will find 2 clients to take through the program at no cost. 
  • Conduct 6 behavior strategy calls for each client.
  • Record and upload each call to Google Drive.
  • Share recordings with sierra@breakmethod.com.
  • Ensure proper boundaries are maintained with clients throughout the process.
  • *Client selection will be discussed closer to the practicum start date

Note: Successful completion of all requirements is necessary to receive your certificate.
