1. How much time do I have to commit per day for the challenge?
We suggest putting aside 20-30 minutes per day throughout the 9 day challenge to complete the prompts and watch the video lessons
2. But what if I'm the type of person who commits and then never follows through?
We got you covered 🤓 If your self-sabotage flavor is committing to something without following through, you have the option to pair up with a Challenge Team Leader who will not only support you throughout the challenge, but will also hold you accountable to completing each prompt and finishing the exercises. Our Team Leaders make it extremely difficult for you to fail in this challenge, and by the end of the 9 day challenge, you'll have the tools to squash those commitment issues on your own.

The #COMEOUTBETTER Challenge teaches you The Break Method. The Break Method is structured self-inquiry methodology that uses scientific processes to evaluate your belief systems, uncover your emotional addiction patterns and triggers while rapidly rewiring them with logical tools rooted in cold-hard neuroscience.
It is far different than traditional talk therapy, CBT, EMDR, or any other healing modality you may have tried in the past.

Most forms of therapy, behavior modification or coaching rely on your ability to accurately self-report.
